Cancellation Policy

1. Appointment Scheduling
Appointments for services at The Curated Aesthetic may be scheduled online, by phone, or in person. We kindly ask patients to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time to complete any necessary paperwork and preparation.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling
We respectfully request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. Providing advance notice allows us to accommodate other patients seeking appointments.
3. Late Cancellations and No-Shows
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, missed appointments, or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may require a deposit or prepayment for future bookings.
4. Deposits and Prepayments
Certain services or appointments may require a deposit or prepayment at the time of booking. Deposits may be non-refundable in the event of a late cancellation or no-show, unless otherwise specified at the time of scheduling.
5. Late Arrivals
Patients arriving late may have their appointment shortened, rescheduled, or canceled depending on provider availability. We will make every effort to accommodate late arrivals whenever possible while respecting the schedules of other patients.
6. Emergencies and Special Circumstances
We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations may arise. Cancellation fees may be waived at our discretion under certain circumstances.
